Welcome to Ellen Magnolia Photography! My name is Ellen Nix. I live in East Tennessee and I have been a photographer for 8 years. I studied photography at Carson Newman University where I also met my husband, Cody. We have two beautiful children, Bowie and Crawford. Although I have always loved being a photographer, my passion for photography has grown exponentially since the birth of my two children. I absolutely love getting to capture moments in a family’s life. Whether it is family portraits, newborn sessions, first birthdays, lifestyle in home sessions or an intimate wedding, I find such joy being able to create lasting memories and photographs to treasure for a lifetime.
